1. All `ITG` Clan members will follow the `ITG` Code of Conduct at all times.
  2. `ITG` Clan members will not use offensive, foul, or vulgar language with on-screen chat. When using any form of communications, please remember that other Clan members may have young children present while playing and what you say may be heard or seen by those children.
  3. `ITG` Clan members will not overly taunt, gloat, or provoke other players in a malicious manner. Friendly bantering is accepted. If the other player suggests the chat may be inappropriate, the `ITG` member will cease the bantering immediately. `ITG` Clan members will also show respect to Sysops, server moderators, and other Clan Leadership at all times.
  4. `ITG` Clan members will follow their Chain of Command at all times. If you have a problem or concern with another `ITG` member or any other concern, you should attempt to work the problem out with each other. If that does not resolve the problem, your next contact would be with your squad leader. If that does not work out the problem, you should escalate to someone from the Executive Officers. Leadership is essential to success and the Chain of Command is essential to our success. Under no circumstances are problems between two`ITG` Clan members to be addressed in a public forum or private `ITG` forum, or any other means of public communication.
  5. Disrespect to any other member of the `ITG` Clan will not be tolerated. Any objectionable actions will first be dealt with privately. If, at that time, the actions have not ceased, the Executive Officers will decide upon further appropriate action.
    When playing non-team games, teaming is not acceptable. At no time will `ITG` Clan members team together in this room type. If you have the opportunity to shoot your teammate, take it. If you don't, he will. While playing Team games, `ITG` clan members will endeavor to always play on the same team.
  6. `ITG` members will not betray members of their team during any team match.
  7. `ITG` Clan members will not change sides during a match except to even the sides or when asked by the server Host, and then they will remain on that chosen side for the remainder of the match.
  8. `ITG` Clan members will show respect to other Players, especially those associated with a Clan.
  9. `ITG` Clan members are proud of their association with `ITG`. They do not play on`ITG` servers under gaming aliases other than their`ITG` alias (unless they specifically receive clearance from an `ITG` Executive Officer).  `ITG` Clan members never impersonate another Clan member or another `ITG` Clan member.
  10. `ITG` Clan members will not leave during Clanwars battles without good cause and notice to their commanding officer. If you are an opposing player, and you witness one of our Clan members disappear, you can rest assured it was due to a lost connection.
  11. `ITG` Clan members will always look out for their Clan mates while in battle. If you witness an attack against one of our members (verbally or virtually), you will respond by attempting to clear the enemy from your Clan mate. If you are severely outnumbered, it is advised that you contact other `ITG` members and give your location.
  12. `ITG` Clan members will always play with `ITG` communications up and a back up communications system such as Instant Messenger. This is a requirement for any `ITG` clan member on an `ITG` server.
  13. `ITG` Clan members will not gather or hold the personal information of any Clan member or other player without their explicit permission. Should this information be divulged to them by that person, the `ITG` Clan member shall hold the information in the strictest confidence and care.
  14. `ITG` Clan members may receive information that is confidential to the Clan. This could include information on people, passwords, access instructions, strategies, as examples, but this information is unlimited so long as it is not readily available or known to the general public.`ITG` Clan members will not divulge this information to anyone outside of `ITG` Clan, use the information for commercial purposes, purposes of personal gain, purposes to cause damage to `ITG` Clan, its members or affiliates, or for any purpose that is illegal. This is binding upon any current or past `ITG` Clan member
